At the world’s largest investing community, I played a pivotal role in enhancing content and marketing strategies. Collaborating with the Head of Brand, I developed comprehensive content and copywriting processes, including a style guide and brand value proposition documents. Working closely with the Growth Marketing Director, I refined email segmentation and content distribution through HubSpot, while also formulating strategies for content-centric A/B experiments using SEMrush and Looker. I executed successful campaigns, including several promoting crypto coverage, and created go-to-market content for various products. My efforts contributed to a significant increase in ARR and improved user engagement. Throughout these projects, I utilized Agile methodologies and worked cross-functionally with various departments. By conducting A/B testing and developing empathetic copy, I enhanced open rates, click-through rates, and fostered strong customer relationships within the investing community.
